Amanda Hoffman is the Director of Licensing at REAL Solutions Group (RSG). Leveraging over 15 years of legal experience, Amanda helps clients with their state licensing needs by overseeing licensing projects for wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and pharmacies. She joined the RSG team in 2020 and enjoys helping clients navigate the complex state licensing landscape.

Prior to joining RSG, Amanda has served as a US Department of Homeland Security attorney, a private practice attorney representing individuals and businesses in federal administrative law proceedings, and a mediator and arbitrator, serving on multiple state and national program panels.  Before law school, Amanda worked for a medical device manufacturer and supported Tech and LifeSci entrepreneurs at a San Diego startup accelerator.

Amanda holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University with a B.A. in Business Administration. She lives in Beaverton, Oregon, where she is an active member of her community. She enjoys being outside and exploring the beauty of the Pacific NW and the Western US.
