Dave Kinser is a manager with a wide variety of past distribution and regulatory compliance experience. He has considerable experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including responsibilities for ISO & FDA standards, cold chain management, and current industry practices. After graduating from the University of Tennessee, Dave began his career as an Industrial Engineer with United Parcel Service where he managed production standards and facility location and design. Later on, Dave joined Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (later acquired by Pfizer), where he worked in regulatory compliance as the site Quality Systems Manager, overseeing policy and procedure design and review, personnel training processes, and regulatory requirements and inspections.

After his time with Pfizer, Dave joined the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) as a Compliance Specialist/Analyst, and later on became the Evaluation and Compliance Manager for Distribution Operations until his retirement in January, 2022. While at NABP, Dave worked directly with pharmacies and pharmaceutical drug / device manufacturing and distributing companies throughout the United States. Through direct interaction with companies that range from small, one-two person companies to large multinational corporations, he helped guide them through the NABP accreditation processes and in understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements. Dave is well versed in both the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) as well as FDA regulations, and supports REAL Solutions Group's (RSG's) clients in their regulatory and accreditation needs.
