Hannah Costello is the People Operations Specialist at REAL Solutions Group. As an integral member of both the HR department and Operations team, she contributes her expertise to various facets of the organization's operations, developing and carrying out seamless HR and operational processes. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, Hannah plays a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of RSG's day-to-day activities.

 

Prior to joining RSG, Hannah spent 8 years in the blood banking industry serving in an account management role with both national and regional blood centers. She graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Event Management. She currently resides in Indianapolis with her husband and daughter. When she is not working, you can find her working with the horses and other animals on their family farm, hiking, spending time with family, and volunteering for local animal shelters and rescues.
