Layla is an experienced pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance professional with proficiency in managing U.S. state and federal licensing requirements, process improvement, and medication management. Before joining REAL Solutions Group (RSG), Layla served as a Senior Regulatory Licensing Specialist where she was responsible for overseeing the pharmacy licensing processes, including state board and NABP inspection prep, facility and personnel license renewals, new applications, and all other reporting obligations required to maintain licensing compliance.

Layla holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and is a nationally certified pharmacy technician. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband and three children, in her free time she likes to travel, cook, and play pickleball.​
