Megan Quandt is the Marketing & Operations Manager for REAL Solutions Group (RSG), where she leverages her creative and detail oriented skills to optimize the overall brand image of RSG. Since joining the RSG team in 2021, Megan has brought designs to life through front end website development.

Prior to joining REAL Solutions Group as an Executive Assistant in 2021, Megan recently graduated from Portland State University (2020), where she earned her bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus in Advertising. During her time at Portland State University, Megan not only thrived academically by maintaining a spot on the Dean’s List for 6 consecutive semesters, she also participated in numerous marketing campaigns and extensive research projects. Megan resides in Beaverton, OR, is a burger connoisseur, and enjoys spending her free time tap dancing.
