Michael Burleson is a Project Lead for REAL Solutions Group's (RSG) Drug Supply Chain team, where he collaborates with clients seeking NABP Drug Distribution Accreditation (DDA). Being a licensed pharmacist for over 30 years, Michael brings invaluable experience and insights to RSG, providing our clients with exceptional guidance for regulatory compliance.

Michael is a graduate from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy, where he began learning the foundational skills of being a pharmacist. Prior to joining RSG, he practiced as a pharmacist for 30 years as an owner of independent pharmacies, two chain pharmacies, and two hospital pharmacies. Following his career as a pharmacist, he served as the Executive Director for the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy, while also serving as President of the National Association Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). Mike and his wife reside in Lexington, KY. They enjoy traveling, but most importantly being with their two children, their spouses, and three grandchildren.
