Shirley Lamontagne is a Licensing Specialist for REAL Solutions Group (RSG), where she assists with all aspects of licensing. Before joining RSG, Shirley amassed valuable experience from her time at the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy. In her previous role, she reviewed, processed, and approved initial license applications, change of ownership applications, and renewals. Shirley ensured that all licensees abided by state and federal laws and regulations. During her tenure in the United States Air Force, she honed her exceptional attention to detail. Throughout her military career, she has held roles such as supply inspector, training instructor, and personnel manager.

Shirley holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Colorado Christian University and a Master of Arts in Management & Leadership from Webster University. She loves spending time with family and is an outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys activities such as hiking, biking, and kayaking.
